Macnaughton Group - Infrastructure Upgrade

Description

Working with the Macnaughton Group's own IT Staff, I planned out and completed a programm of works that would overhaul there IT Infrastructure from an ageing design, to a new overhauled system that included new servers, replacing the ISDN site links with IP VPNs, and to enable remote working during the Covid-19 pandemic.

For this project, we stepped all of the changes in a natural progression, with each change causing business benifits to be quickly and easily seen, and has resulted in time and cost savings for Macnaughtons, whilst gearing their IT system up for the next 5-10 years of business growth.
